- 40 gr tepung beras rose brand
- 10 gr tepung ketan rose brand
- 250 ml susu UHT Green Field Full Cream
- 65 ml santan kara (tambahkan air hingga volume total 250ml)
- 5 lembar daun pandan
- 1/2 sdt garam
- Toping
- Secukupnya sirup tjampolai varian Pisang Susu
- Secukupnya SKM full cream

Tutup bahan kulit yang sudah dibuat dengan tissu agar bahan tidak cepat kering dan retak ketika digulung dengan pisang.





- Ambil adonan kulit pisang hijau kemudian tambahkan pisang lipat seperti amplop lalu gulung. lakukan hingga semua pisang habis.
- Penyajian : siapkan mangkok saji tata ice cube, bubur sumsum, dan pisang hijau, lalu tambahkan SKM dan sirup Tjampolai pisan
