  27. 3 medium size onions

  29. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  30. 12 cashews
  31. 3 green cardamom
  32. 3 cloves
  33. 1 cinnamon sticks
  34. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  35. 2 bay leaves
  36. 3 tsp butter
  37. 1/4 cup oil
  38. 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  39. 1 tsp coriander powder
  40. 1 tsp cumin powder
  41. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  42. 2 tsp roasted crushed kasoori methi
  43. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  44. 2-3 tsp fresh cream
  45. to taste salt
  46. 1 tsp honey

Instructions to make Gobhi Mussallam

  1. Heat the oil in a pan,put butter and oil then add the whole garam masala and cumin seeds when it starts crackle
  2. Add onion paste, ginger and garlic paste sauté it then add turmeric powder
  3. Now add all the dry spices, mix it
  4. Now add curd, cashew nut paste cooked it, once done cool it down then blend it then strain the mixture
  5. Now add this mixture to the blanched cauliflower and put the green chutney at the bottom of the steam now bake it at a preheated oven until golden brown, then serve this with makhani gravy..
