- I use a baking mold in the shape of a small rectangle. It makes enough for 4 of mine, no matter how big yours are make sure they are all the same size to insure even cooking
- COVER SAUCE
1 cup of ketchup. 1/3 cup red wine vinegar.
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 table spoon of pepper. Additional salt if desired - Cover each meatloaf generously with the sauce and place into a preheated oven of 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
