  9. 5 tbsp frozen sweet corn
  10. 5 cherry tomatoes
  11. 250 g red beans (1 can)
  12. 4 tbsp tomato sauce (puree)
  13. 1/2 tsp salt

  15. 2 tbsp spring onion
  16. grated cheese (optional)
