  10. 7 sdm penuh udang ebi (cacah halus)
  11. 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
  12. 2 sdt kaldu jamur
  13. 3/4 sdt gula
  14. 3/4 sdt garam
  15. 1 sdt minyak ikan
  16. Bahan Cuka Merah
  17. 3 buah cabai rawit merah (rebus)
  18. 5 buah cabai merah keriting (rebus)
  19. 3 siung bawang putih kating (rebus)
  20. 500 ml air
  21. 1/2 sdt garam
  22. 3/4 sdt gula
  23. 1 sdt kaldu jamur
  24. 2 sdm perasan jeruk lemon
  25. Bahan Siraman
  26. 10 siung bawang putih (geprek, iris)
  27. Minyak Wijen

Instructions to make Choipan

  1. Langkah isian : panaskan minyak tumis bawang putih, kecap ikan dan ebi hingga wangi. kemudian tambahkan bengkuang, merica, gula, garam dan kaldu jamur masak hingga meresap aduk rata lalu koreksi rasa dan sisihkan.
  2. Langkah Toping Siraman : Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih yang telah di cincang halus hingga kuning keemasan kemudian angkat dan tiriskan.
  3. Langkah membuat cuka merah : bahan yang telah dihaluskan kemudian dimasak pada wajan teflon lalu tambahkan air, gula, garam, kaldu jamur, dan perasan jeruk lemon. aduk rata lalu koreksi rasa, biarkan hingga kuah mendidih
  4. Langkah membuat kulit choipan : Campurkan tepung beras, sagu, dan air aduk dan pastikan tidak ada adonan yang bergerindil. kemudian saring dan tuang kedalam teflon. tambahkan garam dan minyak. masak dengan api kecil sambil diaduk hingga matang dan tidak lengket diwajan lalu angkat. pindakan ke wadah lalu uleni hingga tidak menempel tangan.
  5. Ambil adonan kemudian gulung dan potong sama rata menjadi beberapa bagian. ambil adonan kemudian pipihkan. isi lalu bentuk.Panaskan kukusan alasi dengan daun pisang. olesi minyak susun choipan dan semprot/perciki dengan air (agar choipan tidak retak ketika dikukus), kukus 10 menit
  6. Langkah penyajian : tata choipan diatas piring saji, beri taburan bawang putih, dan minyak wijen secukupnya. lalu siram dengan kuah cuka merah
