- Add chilli powder, salt and sugar mix well.add boiled corn and green peas.add coariander leaves.



- Add grated paneer. sprinkle some water.cook for five minutes.allow it to cool down.take a dough divide it in small portions.roll out chapati s.



- Roast from one side.take chapati spread desi ghee.put stuffing grate cheese on it make a tight roll.heat Pan put some ghee and roast it till golden brown and crispy.tastes yum yum. serve with chutney and tomato sauce.
