- 6 cloves garlic
- 75 gr green beans (chop it)
- 1 bell pepper (dice it)
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha or hot chili pepper
- 1.5 tsp salt (to taste)
- 4 tbsp veg oil (for sauteed)
Instructions to make Nasgor Udun (UDang tUNa)/Tuna Shrimp Fried Rice
- Preheat the veg oil in the wok or saucepan, saute the minced onion, garlic, and chili. Add the shrimp cook till the shrimp is ready./Panaskan minyak sayur dalam wajan atau panci, tumis bawang cincang, bawang putih, dan cabai. Tambahkan udang masak sampai udang matang.


- Add the tomato sauce, sriracha, sweet soy sauce, salt, bell pepper, and green beans continue to saute till the chopped green beans and bell pepper wilted. Add the tuna mix it evenly./Tambahkan saus tomat, sriracha, kecap manis, garam, paprika, dan kacang buncis potong terus tumis hingga kacang hijau dan paprika layu. Tambahkan tuna aduk rata.



- Add the cooked rice and mix it till all the rice is evenly mixed with the fried rice spices. Lower the heat continue to mix the fried rice for 5 minutes./Tambahkan nasi dan aduk hingga semua nasi tercampur rata dengan bumbu nasi goreng. Kecilkan api terus aduk nasi goreng selama 5 menit.
