Roll each into a ball and place on a Buttered Baking Sheet - using another baking sheet or anything flat press down so that you flatten the balls - cover with a dry clean Cloth and let them rest for another 30 mins while you pre hear oven to 200c
  5. Before placing into the Oven slightly flatten them again - so they are around half their thickness.
  6. Traditionally you slightly press your thumb into the centre to make a dent (optional) then bake for 15 mins - turning half way though the cooking
  7. Allow to cool the slice and add the filling of your choice. I love to toast these too in the morning with lots of butter and Jam - WOWWWWWW !
  8. Can Freeze for about a month or eat within 3 days - Enjoy.
