- 1/2-1 tsp chilli powder
- Soup (optional)
- 600 ml water
- 1-2 tsp sauteed garlic
- 1/2 tsp mushroom seasoning (to taste)
- Salt and pepper, light soy sauce (to taste)
- 2 tsp chopped celery
- 2 tsp chopped scallions (optional)
