- 1 cup fenugreek leaves finally chopped
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 2 tbsp coriander mint leaves garlic paste
- 1 tbsp carom seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Pinch asafoetida
- 3 tbsp curd
- to taste salt
- 1 tbsp jeggery
- 1 tbsp green chilies and ginger paste
- 2 tbsp finely chopped green garlic
- as needed water
- 1/4 cup ghee
- as needed oil
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp pickle masala with oil
Steps to make Methi paratha
- Together all ingredients,wash& finally chopped methi leaves,add in a big bowl all ingredients (not wheat flour)mix all properly,rest for 5 minutes.



- After 5 minutes mix with the help of spoon,add flour if required add water,make dough,apply 1 tsp oil on it knead cover rest for 5 minutes.after 5 minutes knead it again & prepare small balls.



- Roll it like chapati,cook on both sides applying oil.



- Apply ghee on paratha.


- Serve with green chutney,mango pickle,curd,milk.Your choice.
